Imagine waking up to the sounds of Temple chanting and bells, fresh hot chai awaiting you. You practice yogini yoga to greet the sun and then head out to buy a garland of roses to make offerings in the Temples, before exploring palaces and marketplaces full of wonders. Returning to our haveli to adorn yourself with a traditional skirt and ornaments you then head to class to dance your intoxication for the divine inspired by this incredible land and culture! For the sunset you chant sacred prayers with the other women in the group as the sun sets over the holy lake ringing bells and giving thanks for this magical and vivid life! A flavorful and fulfilling dinner is shared bursting with spices and aromas. You return to the haveli to enter into the practice of abhyanga, an ayurvedic self oil massage and then drift off into the bliss of a guided practice of Yoga Nidra.
