Gate One: Priestess Arts and Womb wisdom

About Womb Temple

Womb Temple Feminine Arts are the arts of being a sacred, tuned-in and fully expressed Womban in all of Her glory. Womb Temple is the Temple of Her, the Great Goddess who exists in all things, and who is the Living Goddess within every woman as Her wisdom, Her wildness, Her passion, Her pleasure, Her rage, Her despair, Her love…

This is the Temple of intuition; of the sacred unbounded magnetic feminine. Womb Temple holds the keys to unlocking the great Mystery through the Temple of the Womb. While women have been coerced over centuries to become more and more masculine, we have learned to navigate life through the head, and many of us have turned off, or completely forgotten about, our deepest oracular wisdom contained within our very wombs.

In Womb Temple we re-attune to our innate wisdom and connection to Her through the womb. We cleanse and clear the cobwebs, and traumas stored in this sacred Temple space in order to access Her full gifts. We navigate the Mystery of existence through the archetypal faces of the Goddess in ceremony, ritual and embodiment. We awaken the lost parts of ourselves, and RE-MEMBER what it means to be WOMBAN, attuned to the cycles of Nature and the Moon through the very cycles of our beautiful bodies. We return to navigating and aligning our lives through these sacred Lunar rhythms which pull the tides of our wombs and feminine lives, and we practice radical self care through Radiance Rituals and Meditations.

Welcome to the Temple of She, open to all. I invite you to step beyond the gateway, and into the embrace of Her.

Gate Two: Divine Embodiment

About Odissi Classical Indian Temple Dance

Odissi is a dance of grace, beauty, power and most importantly, devotion. It is yogic in origin, with it's postures and mudras opening the bodies energetic pathways; and subtle movements activating the primary energy centers, or chakras. Odissi is an exquisitely postural dance form, which harmonizes masculine and feminine energies in the body through the strong footwork softened by flowing torso, wrist and eye movements. It is a dance of expression, where the dancer literally embodies different deities and archetypal energies through Bhava, or emotion. Odissi, in it's highest expression, is a Bhakti (devotional) yoga with the goal to lead us into the light of Moksha (liberation) through our seamless merging with the Divine.

About Temple Fusion Belly Dance

Temple Fusion Belly Dance is the art of merging the serpentine, sensual, and earthy embodiment of Tribal Fusion Belly Dance, with the devotional intention, beauty, and technical influence of Classical Indian Temple Dance. It is a respectful fusion, rooted deep in the spirit of devotion, understanding, and honoring of the ancient lineages woven. It is a moving ritual of feminine beauty and radiance through the union of body, heart, mind and spirit through dance, ritual, discipline and offering.

In mindfully fusing these ancient lineages of feminine beauty, grace, power, and sensuality, we deeply honor the roots of these sacred dances through understanding and humility. We offer the merit of these practices to the awakening of beauty, truth, consciousness and the preciousness of this sacred life for all sentient beings in this world and beyond.

Gate Three: Tantric Alchemy

About Soma Temple

Soma is the lunar nectar, or ambrosia, that is released from the crown chakra when the awakened Shakti of Kundalini meets with her beloved Shiva in this thousand petaled lotus. Together they descend back to the root chakra flooding the body and mind with the bliss of Soma; the nectar of the divine union of embodiment and consciousness, and the sacred merging of the Divine Masculine and Divine Feminine essences. Soma is the path of magnetism and delight, of radiance and blissful embodiment, of beauty and sacredness in all that we are, and all that we do. It is the path of honoring God/Goddess IN and THROUGH these very bodies that we find ourselves experiencing this miracle of life!

Soma Temple is an offering of honoring, cultivating and exalting this experience of inner alchemy and embodiment through the ancient lineages of traditional Tantric practice. Drawing primarily from the two main lineages of Tantra; the Shakti oriented Sri Vidya system, and the Shiva oriented Kaishmir Shaivist system, Soma Temple weaves the powerful Tantric languages of Mantra, Yantra, and Mudra to connect us deeper with the powerful forces of creation that are Shiva and Shakti. These powerful forces exist within us, and are reflected out in all that we experience through the senses. Soma Temple is an invitation to remember our own Divinity, to awaken our true nature, and to begin living as embodied Dieties through the temple of the heart, and the way of beauty and mindfulness.

Rooted in the yogic philosophy of Tantra, Soma Temple weaves the threads of meditation, asana, pranayama, puja, and ritual. Deepening into Tantric theory we get to know intimately the forces of nature and consciousness that are the essence of existence, and explore the multiplicity of energetics through their embodied forms as Gods and Goddesses, primarily Shiva and Shakti in their many faces. While we do work directly with sexual energy cultivation, this is but a bridge that we must cross to reach the higher goals of Tantra, and of our souls longing. Soma Temple is a weaving of the red and the white, the Sukra (seed) and Rakta (blood), the left and the right hand paths. Remembering the ultimate goal, we sanctify our sexuality, and allow this powerful creative force to guide our souls into the light of ultimate consciousness and union with the Divine.

Each Soma Temple is a unique experience, with varying focuses and intentions, and combinations of practices offered accordingly. Focusing primarily in a container with women, there are occasional Soma Temples open to both men and women.

Gate Four: Sacred Feminine Self-Care

About Jade Temple

Jade Temple Taoist Arts is a synthesis of sexual energy cultivation, and radical self care for women through the ancient Taoist traditions. The wisdom garnered in Jade Temple is a synthesis of Mantak Chia’s work filtered through the more feminine lens of personal experience, as well as my studies with my father Willow Seronko and his wisdom and lineage with Master Henry Wang in the arena of Qigong internal alchemy.

Taoist arts have a deep focus on being in harmony with nature and Her cycles of dark and light, death and birth, male and female, active and receptive, Yin and Yang. Toa literally means ‘the way’. It is the flow of life in this very precious moment. There are no external Gods or Goddesses in Taoism, nowhere to go, and nothing extraordinary to be. It is a pure, simplistic and beautiful philosophy of balance in all things. In the practice of Taoist arts we use internal alchemical practices to harmonize body, mind and spirit for more peace, health, wisdom and longevity.

In the Toaist tradition, sexual energy is known as Jing. It is the powerful energy of creation, and when harnessed and cultivated leads to a long life full of joy, vitality, youth, radiance and pleasure. In Jade Temple we work with foundational Qigong practices to prepare the body for the warm sexual Jing energy. Working with our Ovarian energy we then learn to sense, awaken, and circulate our vital sexual energy through all the organs and cells of our bodies, increasing our capacity for pleasure, radiance, and self knowledge. Through the sacred and foundational Taoist practice of the Jade Egg we tone and tune into our sacred Jade Gate (yoni) and womb space. The Jade Egg practice helps to bring more sensitivity, juciness, versatility and strength to our Yoni and Womb, while cleansing, purifying and balancing these sacred chambers.

The deepest intention of these sacred practices is radical self love, empowerment and self care; uniting the heart with the womb and yoni through deep presence, sensitivity and nurture.
